The Heartsaver AED course teaches the basic techniques of child and adult CPR, and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).  Students also learn to use barrier devices in CPR and give first aid for choking in the responsive victim.  The course teaches how to recognize the signs of 3 major emergencies: heart attack, stroke, and choking.  This course is ideal for any community or corporate member that needs or wants to learn CPR and how to operate an AED.

The Heartsaver First Aid course teaches students to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes until EMS personnel arrive.  The student will learn the principals of emergency care, medical emergencies, environmental emergencies, and injuries.

The Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid course teaches community members, as well as child care workers, and camp counselors how to manage illness and injuries to a child in the first few minutes until professional help arrives.  The course includes first aid basics, medical emergencies, injury emergencies, environmental emergencies, as well as child and adult CPR, and child and adult AED.
