PLEASE NOTE:
Your course link and license code will be emailed within 24 hrs. (Mon-Sun) and will be a separate email from your initial email order confirmation.
After purchase, we will send you a key that will allow you access to this course. You will need to provide additional information before starting the course. Once you pass the online exam, you must print out a certificate of completion and bring it to HFS. You must call 718-309-0968 or 718-886-1540 to schedule your skills check.
In addition, if a student registers for an online course outside of the hours of 9:00AM-5:00PM Eastern Time, eLearning keys won’t be emailed to the student until the following morning. If the eLearning registration was completed during business hours, the key will be sent out to the student promptly. Be aware that on occasions, eLearning keys may be sent to Spam folders depending on the student’s email account.
Q. Are refunds allowed?
A. Yes refunds are allowed minus a $15.00 processing and handling fee as long as you have not used the access KEY we sent you. If you used the access key to log on, no refunds are allowed.
